Technical Challenge

Engineering a HIPAA-compliant telehealth and patient records pipeline requiring ultra-low-latency appointment scheduling, secure multimedia streams, and high-concurrency availability feeds while safeguarding sensitive protected health information (PHI) with zero data leakage across intermittent mobile network connections.
